with tall palm trees, king sagas, and tropical flowers.
Peak into the airy screened-in atrium with lush greenery and shaded dining
area for early morning coffee and sweet rolls.
Enter the cottage through the classic Dutch doorway and into the large living
area decorated with beachy knick-knacks, comfy couches, vaulted ceilings,
and an original fire place. The living room opens to the dining area with a
large farm-style tiled table, seating six, and is anchored by two wicker
wedding chairs.
The spacious cottage is three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The full size kitchen is complete with refrigerator, stove, microwave,
dishwasher, and movable granite-top island. All diningware is provided.
The cottage offers a full-size laundry area with side-by-side washer and
dryer, and an exit through French doors to the outdoor deck and gazebo.
Out-door living is what completes the cottage's atmosphere. The classic
white-washed gazebo is perfect for an early evening glass of wine and
soothing conversation about the day's events. The over-sized wooden deck
provides an additional shaded eating area and BBQ grill for the day's fresh
catch. Catch Sarasota in the right season and snack off the most delicious
Florida oranges from the 75-year-old orange tree nestled in the corner of the
yard.
If you're not up for cooking on your vacation, famous St. Armand's Circle is
just a stroll away. Walk to quaint shoppes, an array of restaurants, and the
best people watching in town. The entertainment on "The Circle" is some of
the best Sarasota has to offer.
But before you head out to the circle you have to walk one block to the best
sunset in town. Lido beach is famous for its white sands, crystal blue water,
and relaxing atmosphere. Sun all day and play all night at one of Florida's
top rated beaches. And if salt water is not your thing, dive into the newly
renovated, fresh-water Olympic size pool located at the edge of the beach.
